Keep Our Streets & Neighborhoods Safe, Liveable, & Congestion Free

NO on at 499 E. Hamilton Ave. and
Hwy. 17 in Campbell
(old Elephant Bar site)

Why we started this neighborhood group

On June 7, 2017, the City of Campbell received a proposal by In-N-Out to build a drive-thru restaurant at the intersections of Almarida and Hamilton. The Hamann Park neighborhood residents whose streets are near the site (Almarida, North Central, Payne, and others) realized this was a bad idea for many reasons:

• Severe congestion at Highway 17 and Hamilton Avenue – Gridlock!

• Transient traffic through our peaceful neighborhoods

• More cars coming from developments under construction, or in planning

• In-N-Out's history of long lines and traffic problems
• Too many fast food restaurants that border the neighborhoods
